Freedom and Liberty

Care about the Constitution? The Bill of Rights? America’s values? Take the time to review it, study the booklet, read up on these subjects and encourage others to do the same. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to defend what so many patriots bled and died for to give us our freedoms and liberties. These aren’t matters to be taken lightly. Each and everyone of us need to be thinking about what we are grateful for on a daily bases and how much we value them because the fact of the matter is; someone out there gave their life so that you and I can live free. These words may be brutal to some people, but the truth is never comfortable.

There has never been a time in history more important and significant than ours. I believe that we are, all of us, meaning not only America, but humanity as a whole are living at a stand-off against the forces of tyranny that would have us all surrender to its powers under one rule — powers that do not have our best interests at heart; powers that endorse chaos and discord rather than peace, law and order and justice for all. This is everything our ancestors fought against, and this is everything we should all fight against.

Taking a stand against forms of tyranny does not mean we turn to violence to make ourselves heard in our neighborhoods or on the world stage, on the contrary; it means taking the alternative stance through the power of the word and divine intelligence through which prayer, and commitment to our God and savior Jesus Christ emboldens our strength and our resolve to win over an enemy domestic or foreign. Free speech gives us the ability to share differing views over important issues, and we need to utilize it boldly for the purpose of liberating our men, women and children from those who seek to entrap us under tight rules and regulations designed to strip us of our freedoms paid for by blood.

Reaching out to churches, veterans, the local sherif department, law enforcement agencies, educators, governors are different ways to start a discussion and help others educate themselves about the true meaning of the Constitution of the United States. Our schools certainly need this valuable education.

I pray that America will never have to resort to violence to preserve what is rightfully hers. However, should she ever need to defend herself against an imminent threat, to secure the State or states and along its borders — it has to be said, “ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.” Romans1:18 These words do not stem from the hearts of men, but rather from the same power that ordained and blessed America with inalienable human rights, therefore distinguishing her from all other nations of the world, to represent God and His coming Kingdom.

This is how our ancestors fought against tyranny. They got down on their knees and prayed for wisdom and discernment in all things concerning life. And they brought the victory home. History is our witness. Look no further than our Lord Jesus Christ who gave his life so that we may live free under a sovereign God, and yes, this is how George Washington led his men into battle and won the victory for God and country.

For all those naysayers out there who disrespect the flag of the United States of America and look down on its Constitution, who resort to violence and threaten President Trump and his supporters with death threats; these individuals have a choice to make: stand by your flag or get out. There are plenty of communist/socialist countries out there led by dictators for you to defect to, such as North Korea, communist China, Cuba, Laos, Vietnam and more…if you decide to stay, it is wiser to assimilate and serve your country with gratitude and respect.

The eyes of the world regard America as the ‘Land of the Free.’ It goes without saying that many people overseas wish they had what America has. So many cannot hold a weapon in their hands to defend themselves against an aggressor, they cannot speak freely, ‘political correctness’ pervades everyone’s lives to the degree that a person can be thrown in prison for ‘hate speech’ or for being a journalist reporting on issues important to public knowledge.

British patriot Tommy Robinson is a clear example of what tyranny looks like in a country that supposedly defends freedom of speech and human rights. It is shocking that a country like Great Britain, who sparked the flame of freedom and liberty in America and around the world, has descended to such new lows. If this can happen in Great Britain, it can also happen in America.

Don’t believe me? just take a trip down memory lane when Obama was president of the United States of America. Take a look at his policies in comparison to President Trump’s policies, line them up side by side and you will get a wake up call. Had Hillary Clinton won the presidency, we would probably be at war with Russia by now and Christians' voices would have been suppressed and worse.

In conclusion, the simple answer to avoid becoming a ‘politically correct’ nation like England, do not give up your constitutional rights, your Bill of Rights, your true values; these are inalienable rights given by God to Americans who gave their all so that men, women and children may live free under its cherished flag for generations to come; and continue to fight the good fight for freedom and liberty everywhere.
